Drew McIntyre has teased fans with a possible appearance outside of WWE while a top TNA wrestler had an interesting reaction.

At WWE Clash at the Castle on June 15th, Drew McIntyre will challenge Damian Priest for the World Heavyweight Championship. McIntyre will have a home-field advantage of sorts since the Clash event will take place in his home country of Scotland in the city of Glasgow.

During his WWE career, McIntyre is a three-time WWE World Champion who recently re-signed with the company for a huge deal that will keep him around for several more years.

As most WWE fans know, McIntyre is known for being very savvy on social media in terms of telling truths and also teasing things.

On the May 28th episode of WWE NXT, TNA Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace made a surprise appearance to challenge Roxanne Perez to a NXT Women’s Championship match at the upcoming Battleground PLE. It has also been revealed that further TNA & WWE crossovers are expected to continue in the future.

The appearance of Grace on NXT TV even led Drew McIntyre to tease appearing in TNA. On Twitter/X, McIntyre posted a photo from when he was the TNA World Champion as Drew Galloway (his real name). Drew won the TNA World Title once in March 2016 and held it for 89 days when he lost it to Bobby Lashley.

“Doors open both ways.”

TNA World Champion Moose Challenges Drew McIntyre To A Match

The current TNA World Champion Moose saw what McIntyre posted on social media and responded with these interesting comments. Moose is part of a dominant TNA stable called The System, which he also referenced in his tweet.

DREW i see where your Title obsession Began. If this is something you truly want. Have your Boss call my Boss. The outcome will be the same #TrustTheSystem#TheSystem

In the photo posted by Moose, it was when he defeated McIntyre in 2017 for the now-defunct TNA/Impact Grand Championship.
