Beloved WWE Star Seriously Injured On RAW Ahead Of SummerSlam

A major WWE star was left seemingly unconscious in the ring on RAW just days before SummerSlam.

Since Maxxine Dupri’s betrayal, The Alpha Academy has been feuding with The Vision over the past few weeks. On tonight’s episode of RAW, Otis and Akira Tozawa squared off with the World Tag Team Champions, Bron Breakker and Austin Theory, in a tag team match.

After The Vision picked up the victory, Breakker and Theory continued their assault on Tozawa. However, Otis rushed back into the ring to save his partner, taking out both the World Tag Team Champions.

Austin Theory Destroys Otis On WWE RAW

Otis then climbed to the top turnbuckle to continue his offense, but Dupri stopped him by flirting with him. The distraction allowed The Vision to capitalize, as Breakker flattened Otis with a Spear.

Although The Vision initially left the ring, Theory grabbed a steel chair and returned to continue the attack. He struck Otis with the chair on the head and into the turnbuckle as the Alpha Academy member attempted to crawl out of the ring. The brutal assault left the 34-year-old seriously injured and seemingly unconscious.

“Oh my God! Get the paramedics out here. Theory just smashed that steel chair into Otis. Otis may be out,” Michael Cole screamed on commentary.

Later in the show, Byron Saxton announced that Otis had been ruled out indefinitely due to Theory’s actions.
