WWE’s Massive WrestleMania 42 Plans For Je’Von Evans Revealed
WWE called up Je’Von Evans from NXT to Raw on Raw’s Netflix anniversary show on January 5, 2026.
Following his main roster debut, Evans has delivered one standout performance after another, showcasing why he deserves to be on the main roster.
He made his Royal Rumble debut this year and lasted 41 minutes before being eliminated by Randy Orton. He was also a participant in the men’s Elimination Chamber match.
Over the past few months, Je’Von Evans has built strong momentum for himself on the main roster, and as WrestleMania draws closer, fans are wondering what WWE has planned for him at the Showcase of the Immortals this year.
WWE Reportedly Planning To Include Je’Von Evans In The Multi-Man Match For Intercontinental Championship At WrestleMania 42
Ibou of Selfmade Pro commented on the matter during a recent edition of Selfmade Sessions, where he provided an update on WWE’s plans for Je’Von Evans at this year’s WrestleMania. According to Ibou, WWE is considering including him in a multi-man match for the Intercontinental Championship.
I was told that they wanted to get him on a card in an IC multimman weeks ago, but I don’t know where that stands.
WrestleVotes recently reported that WWE is planning to hold a multi-man match for the Intercontinental Championship at WrestleMania this year, which is currently held by Penta.
“As far as the Intercontinental Title goes, it’s expected to be a multi-man match. The Intercontinental Title has three or four guys in it, much like last year.”
WWE did something similar last year at WrestleMania 41, where Bron Breakker, the champion at the time, defended his title in a Fatal 4-Way match against Finn Balor, Dominik Mysterio, and Penta.
