AJ Styles has gotten a new role outside WWE.

AJ Styles is widely regarded as one of the best professional wrestlers of all time. He made a name for himself in TNA Wrestling, where he was considered the face of the company at one point.

After leaving TNA, Styles moved to NJPW, where he was part of the infamous Bullet Club. In 2016, Styles shocked the world when he made his WWE debut during the Royal Rumble match. Under the WWE banner, the Phenomenal One achieved a lot of success. He is a former WWE and Tag Team Champion. Earlier this year, Styles’ in-ring career ended after he lost to Gunther. Now, he has gotten a new role for himself outside WWE.

AJ Styles can now officiate weddings

Speaking on his Phenomenally Retro podcast, AJ Styles admitted that he can now officiate weddings. He revealed that his friend’s daughter is getting married and he will be officiating the wedding.

“I can marry people now. So, one of my buddies, one of my best friends that I went to college with—we’ve been close ever since then, and his daughter’s getting married. And she needed somebody to marry them. Here I go. I’m going to do it. I’m going to be the guy,” he said.

Regarding getting the license, Styles said that it was as easy as filling out a form. He already has two weddings that he has to officiate. Styles also revealed that he has to watch videotapes because he has no idea what to say.

“I’d love to tell you how hard it is to be able to marry people, but as far as getting your license, or whatever it is that you get, it’s just filling it out and doing it. So, I’ve got two weddings that I’m going to see before I actually do the one that I’m doing here. So, I’m going to make sure I get all my words correct and everything like that. I have no idea. I’m going to have to watch videotapes on how to do this stuff and what to say. Surely I can figure it out,” he added. [H/T Sportskeeda]\
