Kaiser was arrested last week after being booked on a misdemeanor battery charge. According to the police report, the WWE star and a woman identified as his real-life partner, Andrea Bazarte, were inside an apartment complex elevator in Orlando, where they were allegedly engaging in “aggressive kissing and intimate behavior.”

When a neighbor told the couple to “have some manners”, Ludwig Kaiser allegedly followed him, punched him multiple times, pushed him to the ground, and threatened further violence.

In his defense, Kaiser pleaded not guilty and argued that the neighbor used derogatory terms toward his partner and threatened to call ICE on her. This reportedly caused him to become defensive and attack his neighbour.

When Ludwig Kaiser found out there was a warrant for his arrest, he turned himself in and was processed at the Orange County Jail in Florida on the afternoon of Wednesday, May 20, 2026. He was released later that evening after posting a $1,000 bond.

WWE usually takes real-life arrest charges seriously, but according to a new report, the company does not plan to discipline him.

Mexican Fans Show Immense Support For Ludwig Kaiser

Ludwig Kaiser was originally scheduled to appear at the Serenata Para: El Grande Americano event in Mexico on May 21. However, after his arrest, the event was canceled.

Fortunately, Kaiser’s lawyers managed to secure permission for him to travel domestically and internationally for work to maintain his employment. Therefore, he was able to attend the rescheduled Serenata Para event on May 22 at the Kings League Dome in Mexico City.

At the event, the Mexican fans showered him with love and support, which made him emotional and teary-eyed. Fans rallied behind him, deeming him a hero for standing up for his partner.
