WWE Star CM Punk Involved In Another Hotel Incident, Issues Statement In Now-Deleted Post

The current Undisputed WWE Champion, CM Punk got involved in a fan incident at the hotel and later issued a statement as well.

While CM Punk is one of the most popular stars in the pro wrestling world today, he is also one of the most polarizing personalities. The Second City Saint has been pretty vocal against fans following him and invading his privacy to get pictures and autographs. After the WrestleMania 42 weekend earlier this year, Punk was involved in an incident at a hotel.

CM Punk shoved a fan and took his phone for recording his wife, AJ Lee, and Bayley’s personal moments without their permission. The hotel incident made a lot of headlines, and the fan had also called 911 after the incident. Meanwhile, Punk is going viral on social media for another fan incident at his hotel.

In a viral video, some fans could be seen standing in the lobby of a hotel, where Punk was staying. The fans expressed their disappointment towards how Punk ignored them and a little kid as well. The female fan also made the following statement after failing to meet Punk:

Don’t ever meet your heroes,” the fan said.

As the video of fans complaining about CM Punk ignoring them at the hotel has been going viral, the current Undisputed WWE Champion issued a statement. In a now-deleted Instagram story, Punk urged fans not to follow him to his hotel while thanking them for being at the Las Cruces live event recently:

Ahi for breakfast. Breakfast of champions. Please do not follow me to my hotel. Las Cruces, you were lovely—loud and fun. See you all soon. Albuquerque on deck. Thank you. SEE YOU AT THE MATCHES.”

Following CM Punk’s statement, the viral female fan from the hotel took to Instagram to respond to Punk’s accusations, stating that they didn’t stalk him but arrived at the hotel at the same time as wrestlers, and revealed how Punk completely ignored her kids:

We did not stalk him or invade his space. We arrived at the hotel at the same time as some of the wrestlers. A little smile or wave would have been nice, but instead, he totally ignored the boys and walked past them after the boys acknowledged him. No pasa nada.” [h/t Ringside News]
