Dominik Mysterio remains a beloved heel on the WWE main roster.

As a member of The Judgment Day, he is involved in a developing feud with Danhausen, with one of his stablemates, JD McDonagh, recently becoming a casualty in the rivalry.

JD McDonagh and Dominik Mysterio claimed that the group paid Danhausen $100,000 to carry out a ‘curse’ deed, but he never delivered and instead ran away with the money.

During the backstage confrontation, an angry McDonagh touched one of the pieces of equipment, which resulted in him getting electrocuted. Both McDonagh and Danhausen are scheduled to compete in a singles match at Saturday Night’s Main Event, scheduled for July 18 at Madison Square Garden.

Dominik Mysterio Comes To El Grande Americano’s Aid In AAA Lucha Libre

At last month’s Noche de Los Grandes, El Grande Americano (Ludwig Kaiser) defeated the “Original” El Grande Americano (Chad Gable) in a classic Mask vs. Mask match.

The victory positioned him as one of the top contenders for the AAA Mega Championship, which is currently held by Dominik Mysterio. The match was later made official for Triplemania 34.

On June 20, Americano was attacked by the newly revived faction Los Perros Del Mal (Daga, Angel, Berto, Bronco Nima, and Karmen Petrovic).

The faction interrupted a tag team match between Money Machine and Noisy Boy & Epydemius Jr. on July 11, attacking them in the process. It was followed by Daga calling out Americano.

Americano was accompanied by his aides Rayo and Bravo. However, they were overwhelmed by the numbers of their opponents, leading to Dominik Mysterio running to the ring with a steel chair in hand. He was able to fend off the villainous faction.

Mysterio then challenged any two members of Los Perros Del Mal against himself and El Grande Americano.

While Dirty Dom’s actions on AAA Lucha Libre hint at him turning babyface, keeping a close eye on him would serve Americano well for any potential backstabbing before their high-stakes match.
