Wife Of WWE’s Jey Uso Files For Divorce
Jey Uso’s wife has filed for divorce after more than a decade of marriage.
The life of a WWE superstar requires talent to earn a living by being on the road every week, all year long. That sometimes puts a strain on personal relationships, and wrestling fans know that many WWE superstars have gotten divorced because of the demands of the business.
It has been reported by TMZ that WWE superstar Jey Uso’s wife, Takecia Fatu, has filed for divorce. Jey’s real name is Joshua Fatu. The couple has been married since February 2014 and has two sons together. Jey has brought one of his sons to WWE shows many times in the past.
According to court documents, Takecia said the marriage was “irretrievably broken.” Takecia also wants exclusive use of their Georgia home, child and spousal support, and attorney fees from her WWE superstar husband.
The filing also noted that the couple has one minor son, Jeyce, born in 2012, and another son over 18. Takecia has asked to be given primary physical custody of their youngest son, but was open to joint legal custody as well.
Regarding his personal life, it has been rumored that Jey is dating WWE NXT superstar Jaida Parker, who is 14 years younger than him. In April 2026, many people thought that Jey Uso had his arm around Jaida in a photo, so Jey wrote on an Instagram story: “Yeah she mines.” Whether that confirmed it or not is up to interpretation.
Jey Uso Suffered Two Big WWE Losses Recently
Jey Uso has been part of the WWE main roster since 2010 and is considered one-half of arguably the greatest tag team ever with his brother, Jimmy Uso. The Usos are 9-time WWE Tag Team Champions, and Jey also held the titles with Cody Rhodes, so he’s a 10-time Tag Team Champion
As a singles wrestler, “Main Event” Jey Uso is on the greatest run of his career, having held the World Heavyweight Championship and Intercontinental Championship.
While Jey continues to team with brother Jimmy, he also continues wrestling in singles since he made the King of the Ring Finals, much to the dismay of some WWE fans. While some fans were worried that Jey would win King of the Ring, he failed to beat Oba Femi at Night of Champions, so Femi became the King of the Ring.
On the July 3rd edition of SmackDown, Jey Uso made his case for a shot at the WWE Championship held by his buddy Sami Zayn. Instead of getting a title shot, Jey faced Cody Rhodes in a #1 Contender’s Match for a shot at the WWE Title. Cody got the win there, so Jey didn’t get the WWE Title match he desired.
After suffering two big singles-match losses recently, Jey Uso will remain a big part of The Bloodline group alongside the “Tribal Chief” Reigns, brother Jimmy Uso, cousin Jacob Fatu, and perhaps more family members in the future.
