Jey Uso has admitted to having a real-life romance with a female WWE star.

The former World Heavyweight Champion has been married to his high school sweetheart, Takecia Travis, for over a decade. The couple has two children.

However, Jey Uso has been spotted holding hands with NXT star Jaida Parker on multiple occasions, sparking rumors that they may be in a relationship.

Ahead of WrestleMania 42, the two attended a training session at Natalya and TJ Wilson’s Dungeon. The former SmackDown Women’s Champion later shared a photo featuring all the attendees, showing Jey with his arms around a woman whose face was covered with a cat-face emoji.

Fans quickly called out Jey and Natalya in the comments over covering Parker’s face. Some even posted photos of the NXT star from the same session, wearing the same outfit, wondering why the 40-year-old veteran was trying to hide his relationship with the 27-year-old former soccer player.

Not long after, Jey took to Instagram to address the speculation. The former World Heavyweight Champion confirmed that “she was his.”

“Yea, she mines…”

Several new WWE couples have recently been confirmed, including Tiffany Stratton & Shady ElNahas, Damian Priest & Lola Vice, and Stephanie Vaquer & Myles Borne. Meanwhile, many other real-life duos are working together across SmackDown, RAW, and NXT, such as Chelsea Green & Matt Cardona, Carmelo Hayes & Kelani Jordan, CM Punk & AJ Lee, and Seth Rollins & Becky Lynch.

Rikishi Previously Called Out WWE For Trying To Break Jey Uso’s Marriage

In mid-2024, Jey Uso and Rhea Ripley teased an on-screen romance on WWE RAW after exchanging flirty messages. The two also briefly worked together on the red brand.

Jey’s father, WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi, later called out Triple H’s creative team for booking his son in a romance angle with Mami, questioning whether they were trying to break up the former World Heavyweight Champion’s marriage.

I have hair on the back of my neck (standing up) every time I watch him. SummerSlam, where is he? ‘I don’t know, let’s write him in, he likes Mami.’ That’s the best the writer’s got? ‘Let’s write him into a relationship with Mami’, what y’all trying to do, break his marriage up?

You can’t put him into a good storyline so what you gonna do now? God forbid you guys try to tell them to tongue kiss each other on WWE Raw. S**t that better not happen.

Rikishi’s comments confirm that Jey was still married about a year and a half ago. No updates have been provided since on his relationship status or whether he and his wife have split.

While Jaida Parker continues to perform on NXT, Jey and his twin brother, Jimmy, are currently feuding with The Vision on RAW. The former World Tag Team Champions are now set to team up with LA Knight to fight Logan Paul, Austin Theory, and IShowSpeed in a Six-Man Tag Team Match at WrestleMania 42.
