The WWE Universe was treated to one of the most shocking returns of the year this past week on Friday Night SmackDown, as Baron Corbin made his return to the promotion.

The former United States Champion interfered in Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams match and took both men out with the End of Days. It seems like Corbin isn’t the only former star who is returning to the promotion.

WWE teased the return of another former AEW name on tonight’s episode of Monday Night RAW as it aired a vignette on the show, which featured a silhouette of a former star.

Big Cass looks set to make WWE return

The silhouette in question looks to be of none other than Big Cass, who went by Big Bill during his time in AEW. Big Cass was a part of WWE from 2011 to 2018 and was part of a highly successful tag team with Enzo Amore.

Since leaving WWE, he wrestled for multiple promotions and spent the last four years on AEW’s books. His contract with Tony Khan’s promotion expired in July 2026, leading to his imminent return.

The silhouette featured the large frame of the 7 foot tall Cass, and featured the date “8/3” making it seem that he might make his second debut for the promotion on the Monday Night RAW following SummerSlam 2026.
