When AEW heads to All In this August, one wrestler in the company certainly hopes that he will be competing in a World Title match at the show.

The biggest show in AEW history is coming on Sunday, August 27th from Wembley Stadium in London, England. The pre-sale tickets are moving fast with over 40,000 of them already gone while the general on-sale date is this Friday, May 5th.

Adam Cole (bay bay) is one of the top stars in AEW that missed about nine months of action due to a serious concussion last June. After returning to the ring in March, Cole has looked like he hasn’t missed a beat while picking up wins against Daniel Garcia and getting the win an eight-man tag team match last night on Dynamite.

While not officially announced yet, it is obvious based on recent programming that Adam Cole will likely face Chris Jericho at AEW’s Double or Nothing pay-per-view on May 28th in Las Vegas. That will likely be Cole’s biggest AEW match to date.

In an interview with Monopoly Events, Adam Cole mentioned he would like to challenge to for the AEW World Championship at All In.

“One of the best things about AEW is there are so many countless possibilities of these absolutely incredible matches that could happen. In regards to the Wembley show, I don’t think I’ve ever been more excited for a show in my entire life. This will certainly be the biggest show I’ve ever been involved in.”

“When you look at all these possible matchups, I think about me against Jay White could be cool, me against Kenny Omega would be something I’d really like. At the end of the day, regardless of who the opponent is, if I could challenge for the AEW World Championship at All In, that’s all I’m focused on.”

The current AEW World Champion is MJF, who Cole didn’t mention.

There are no matches advertised for AEW All In yet. The company hasn’t even announced if it will be a pay-per-view event. If it is then AEW will have back-to-back PPV weekends because they still plan to run the AEW All Out PPV one week later.
