The Rock Promises Payback For WWE Hall Of Famer

The Rock

The Rock has sent an ominous warning to one WWE Hall of Famer after his WrestleMania came crashing down around him in Philadelphia.

The Rock stood tall on night one of WrestleMania 40 as he pinned Cody Rhodes to ensure Rhodes’ WWE Universal Title match against Roman Reigns the next night would be ‘Bloodline Rules’.

That stipulation meant all hell broke loose in one of the most chaotic WrestleMania main events ever seen. Jimmy Uso, Jey Uso, Solo Sikoa, John Cena, The Rock, and Seth Rollins all intervened and with The Rock left standing about to nail Cody Rhodes with his ‘Mama Rhodes’ emblazoned weight belt, it looked like The Bloodline would rule after all.

However, a familiar gong struck and the lights went out, when they came back on The Rock came face-to-face with The Undertaker. The Undertaker hoisted The Final Boss up for a massive chokeslam, taking him out of the action.

The Rock Has Sights Set On The Undertaker

Taking to social media, The Rock has shared a photo of their epic showdown and issued a warning to the WWE Hall of Famer that payback is coming:

The guy sure knows how to ruin a party. I’ll see you down the road, my friend. Paybacks a bitch for you – but fun for me. – Final Boss

The Undertaker has noted his WrestleMania appearance gave him closure, four years after his in-ring career officially came to an end at WrestleMania 36.
