“A Lot Of People” Allegedly Open To Vince McMahon Making His WWE Return

A lot of people in the WWE are interested in having Vince McMahon back, according to a veteran.

In 2022, Vince McMahon announced his retirement before Triple H took over as the WWE’s head of creative. After the deal with TKO, Vince was out of his position as the company’s Chairman for decades amid some heinous sexual allegations against him.

It’s been a while since Vince McMahon left the office, but a section of fans want him back as the head of creative amid a lot of backlash against Triple H for his role as the creative head. Some people also believe that Vince could handle the company better than TKO.

Speaking on the Devon & The Duke Podcast, wrestling veteran D-Von Dudley claimed that a lot of people are interested in having Vince McMahon back in WWE, as he was told, and it depends on the shareholders:

To me, I was told it was always because of the shareholders. If they see it to be okay and it goes away, then maybe so, but I know a lot of people who are interested in having Vince back. First they couldn’t wait for him to get out of there, and now they want him back. You’re damned if you do, you’re damned if you don’t.”

Ex-WWE name believes Vince McMahon could be back before 2027

Speaking on The Coach & Bro Show recently, the former WWE head writer, Vince Russo said that he would not be surprised to see Vince McMahon back before the end of this year, explaining how:

I just want to throw this out there now. The timing of settling with the shareholders and literally a week later, him and Janel [Grant] going to arbitration? Coach, I would not be the least bit surprised if by the end of the year, Vince [McMahon] was back in that WWE saddle.”

Russo also claimed that McMahon could return to WWE before 2027 if Janel Grant’s allegations against him go away:

Because the timing of these two things… this to me is Vince saying, ‘clear the palette, let’s end all of this.’ Because now the shareholder thing is over. If the Janel Grant thing goes away, I just think Vince is back in business. And I think that’s going to happen before 2027. I really do.”

Only time will tell if Vince McMahon will be back in the WWE office soon.
