WWE Night of Champions 2026 is just around the corner, and Seth Rollins has warned Oba Femi of one inevitability.

One of the marquee matches at the upcoming premium live event will see Femi battle Jey Uso in the final of the King of the Ring tournament. While The Ruler defeated The Judgment Day member Dominik Mysterio in the semifinal, Uso got the better of Je’Von Evans.

Seth Rollins recently joined Stephen A. Smith and Shae Cornette on ESPN’s First Take to promote his Steel Cage match against Bron Breakker at WWE Night of Champions. During the chat, he was also asked to share his thoughts on Oba Femi vs. Jey Uso in Saudi Arabia.

While The Visionary hyped up The Ruler, he stated that Jey Uso will likely have backup in the form of The Bloodline during their encounter. Rollins added that he hopes Femi is ready for the number’s disadvantage.

Oba Femi’s been on a tear. Now, there’s a lot to look out for here. Jey Uso, back with Roman Reigns, back with The Bloodline. I don’t think this is going to be a fair fight for 2 seconds. I don’t think Jey is going to do this on his own for 2 seconds. I hope Oba is smart enough to understand that. But this man [Oba Femi]…this man is an animal. I haven’t seen someone rise up as fast as this guy in a long, long time. I mean, you’re talking about Brock Lesnar level. We’re talking about The Shield. We’re talking about something special here. So, Oba’s definitely got the advantage going into this one.

Ex-WWE writer comments on Oba Femi

During a recent edition of the Coach & Bro Show podcast, Vince Russo said that Oba Femi must defeat Jey Uso at WWE Night of Champions to maintain his momentum in the sports entertainment juggernaut.

He urged Triple H and Co. to “go full steam ahead” with The Ruler’s booking.

Listen, he is…I can’t believe I’m saying this. Aside from Danhausen, he is really the only thing they have going right now. You gotta go with the man. You cannot stop the momentum. You cannot take steps backwards. If he is the hottest thing you got going right now, you gotta go full steam ahead with this guy, Coach.

It will be interesting to see what the future holds for Oba Femi in WWE. Could a certain Beast cost him in Saudi Arabia? Only time will tell.
