A WWE legend, who is rumored to depart from WWE, suffers major embarrassment at Saturday Night’s Main Event.
As per recent reports, top veteran and one of the Four Horsewomen, Bayley’s contract is scheduled to end by the end of 2026. Because she is entering the final months of her current deal, there have been rumors swirling on the internet that she might be leaving the Stamford-based promotion.
In recent years, Bayley has had a largely underwhelming run on WWE programming. Plus, her best friend, Sasha Banks, aka Mercedes Mone in AEW, has been thriving since joining Tony Khan’s promotion.
As a result, many fans believe that Bayley could jump ship to AEW since she is not being used or handled properly in the Stamford-based promotion.
It is important to note that these are only rumors and there have been no confirmed reports regarding Bayley’s departure from WWE. That said, amid her departure rumors, she got buried during tonight’s Saturday Night’s Main Event.
Lyra Valkyria Hands Bayley A Humiliating Loss At WWE SNME
Bayley faced Lyra Valkyria in a one-on-one match on the show, which she lost. As if the loss to the younger star was not enough, Bayley’s night only got worse after the match.
Following her victory, Lyra continued the assault on Bayley at ringside. She delivered a devastating Nightwing onto the steel steps to leave The Role Model laid out and add further humiliation to her defeat.
