BREAKING: WWE To Officially Crown New Champion After Devastating Rhea Ripley News

Rhea Ripley defeated Jade Cargill at WrestleMania 42 to become the WWE Women’s Champion once again. Ever since then, she has had a successful reign with the title.

She defended it against Cargill at Clash in Italy, but hasn’t been involved in action since. She had announced a few weeks earlier that she suffered a knee injury during her match with Cargill.

Since then, she has been recuperating from her injury, but RAW General Manager Adam Pearce confirmed today that she’s not fully recovered.

Massive WWE SummerSlam match announced tonight

He announced that Ripley’s injury has caused her to miss SummerSlam. Pearce then added a huge match to the Biggest Party of the Summer.

Adam Pearce stated that an ‘Interim’ WWE Women’s Champion will be crowned at the show in a massive ladder match while Ripley recovers.

She will be the champion till the time Ripley comes back to action, where she will face the Interim WWE Women’s Champion to determine the one true champion.
