Former WWE Tag Team Champions hinted at their next move
In their recent YouTube video titled “Release,” the former WWE Tag Team Champions, Motor City Machine Guns, in which they talk about life after their WWE release nearly three months ago.
Alex Shelley opened up on his emotions since WWE release:
I don’t know. I don’t know anymore, man. The last couple months I’ve been just… it’s been a rainbow of emotions. I’m down, I’m up, I’m left, I’m right, I’m happy, I’m sad. I’ve been… I don’t know how to express myself. My emotions have been all over the wall and I just… I don’t know anymore, man.”
Alex Shelley also opened up on whether he is going through the five stages of grief:
This is not true. It’s not true. It’s a joke. They do stuff like this all the time. I’m being punked. That’s the only explanation for this.”
God, nature, the universe, Karl Gotch, Harley Race… I don’t care. Whoever is out there, please… just give me what I’m asking for. I’ll help the elderly cross the street. I’ll help a kid do his homework. I don’t give a ***. Just please, give me what I’m looking for.”
Chris Sabin told Shelley that he has not hit the fifth stage of grief yet:
I don’t feel good. You know, there’s a fifth stage too, but you’re just not there yet. And that’s okay. We’ll get there.”
At the end of the video, Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin were looking at potential contracts, and when they saw the last contract, Sabin told Shelley that he may have hit the fifth stage, ‘accpetance’:
I think you’ve hit the fifth stage… acceptance.” [H/T Ringside News]
