Liv Morgan Sends Message To Dominik Mysterio After WWE Title Loss

Liv Morgan is standing by her man after he was handed a tough loss on WWE Raw.

A couple of weeks ago, Penta became the #1 Contender for Mysterio’s Intercontinental Championship with a victory over El Grande Americano.

Last week, Mysterio complained to his Judgment Day teammates, Finn Balor and JD McDonagh, that no one was watching his back, to which Balor told him to take responsibility and do it on his own.

On March 2, ‘Dirty Dom’ reiterated his stance, after which his stablemates agreed to accompany him to the ringside for his match against Penta.

Both Luchadores showcased impeccable skills, trying to one-up each other at every opportunity they got.

In the closing minutes, Penta ran himself into the turnbuckles and injured his shoulder. With the referee distracted, Mysterio asked for the bell hammer, which JD went to collect.

Balor, however, stopped him and said Dominik promised to do it all by himself. Shortly afterward, Penta hit the 28-year-old with his Mexican Destroyer finisher to become the IC Champion for the first time.

Liv Morgan Shows Support For Dominik Mysterio

For Dominik Mysterio, Monday may have not only felt like a loss, but also betrayal.

Liv Morgan, who was also present on the show, wrote a message for her boyfriend on X, calling him the greatest Intercontinental Champion of all time.

Elsewhere, Morgan had her own agenda for being on Raw, as she sent a strong message to WWE Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer.

In a backstage promo, Morgan said Vaquer was unaware of her struggles and how much she had to claw to be where she was.

Morgan then said that she sees a bit of herself in Vaquer, who works hard and is a great champion. She then listed her achievements, which include becoming the Crown Jewel Champion, a Money in the Bank winner, and a Royal Rumble winner, and said that Stephanie will learn everything she needs to know about her.
