Jey Uso Shockingly Betrays Jimmy Uso To Earn World Championship Shot

Jey Uso is finally getting another shot at the World Heavyweight Championship after a major victory on WWE RAW.

Tonight on RAW, General Manager Adam Pearce stripped Seth Rollins from the World Heavyweight Championship after announcing that The Visionary has undergone surgery and would be out of action for a while.

The WWE authority figure then revealed that a Battle Royal would take place to determine CM Punk’s opponent at Saturday Night’s Main Event for the vacant World Heavyweight Title.

The Best in the World earned his shot after defeating Jey and LA Knight in a number-one contender’s Triple Threat match last week on the red brand.

Jey Uso Eliminates His Twin Brother From The Battle Royal On WWE RAW

Over the past few weeks, there was clear friction between Jey and Jimmy Uso after Roman Reigns advised the former World Heavyweight Champion to focus on himself only, which clearly reflected in his actions.

Ahead of the Battle Royal, the two brothers had a heated discussion backstage, which saw Jimmy tell Jey that he was going “all in” on everybody in the match, including him. Despite that, the two worked together for most of the match.

The shocking moment, however, came as LA Knight and Jimmy hung on the ropes fighting. Jey came from behind and eliminated his twin brother alongside The Megastar. He then threw Dominik Mysterio over the top rope to earn a shot at the World Heavyweight Championship at Saturday Night’s Main Event.

While Jey Uso celebrated his victory, Jimmy appeared shocked and distraught by his brother’s betrayal.
