Male WWE Star, Not Matt Cardona, Had “Magical Time” With Chelsea Green
A top WWE star has given his honest thoughts on Chelsea Green.
Ethan Page signed with WWE in 2024. As soon as he debuted in NXT, Page won the brand’s top title. After losing the title, it didn’t take long for him to win the North American Championship.
Page will be remembered as one of the greatest North American Champions of all time. During his time in NXT, Ethan Page was involved in many memorable storylines and matches. He even formed an alliance with Chelsea Green when the latter showed up in NXT. Their alliance continued into AAA, where they won the Mixed Tag Team Titles. Ethan Page and Chelsea Green made for an entertaining pair onscreen. However, their partnership had to end when Chelsea suffered a foot injury on WWE SmackDown.
During a recent interview with Chris Van Vliet, Ethan Page said that he is able to create magic with just about anybody. He praised Chelsea Green for having that same quality. The former AEW star also said that teaming with Chelsea was one of the most fun times in his career.
“I don’t think there’s a wrestler alive that I haven’t been able to make magic with. But I will say Chelsea (Green) has the exact same intangible quality, so when you put us together, it’s like truly magical and probably one of the most fun times I’ve had in my career,” said Ethan Page. WWE star Ethan Page explained how Ricky Saints nearly injured his eye
On the 27th May 2025 episode of NXT, Ricky Saints defended his North American Championship against Ethan Page. During the bout, Page hit Saints with a Twisted Grin onto a steel chair, which nearly injured the latter. During the same interview, Ethan Page recalled the brutal chair spot.
“So it could have been worse. And I don’t know. I know you do these great clips, and this might be a little zoom in freeze frame moment for you, but he almost lost his eye,” said Page. “After he ends up injuring his trachea across the way the chair was, the way the chair fell. I give him a twisted grin and I’m trying to pull his throat down in between the legs of the chair.”
It will be interesting to see if Chelsea Green and Ethan Page will team up on the main roster.
