Triple H messaged a veteran after his shocking departure.

Scott D’Amore worked for TNA Wrestling for several years, where he served as the president and an on-screen personality. Scott D’Amore served as the head of creative for TNA Wrestling for several years.

He was a beloved personality backstage and loved by many wrestlers. He cared about the company and was passionate about bringing TNA back to its glory days. However, he was fired from the company in 2024. Following this, Scott D’Amore received an outpouring of love and support from the wrestling community. Even Triple H reached out to him.

Scott D’Amore reveals what Triple H asked him after his TNA Wrestling departure

During a recent appearance on The Ariel Helwani Show, Scott D’Amore addressed his exit from TNA Wrestling. He said that the outpouring of love and support he received from the community made him feel like he had just attended his own funeral. He was very touched by the amount of love he received from the fans. He even said that Triple H contacted him as soon as the news of his exit became public. WWE’s CCO asked the former TNA President if he was okay. He even called it a classy move from the WWE Hall of Famer.

“When I got let go, the outpouring of support from people, it was truly touching. They always say, it’s too bad people can’t be there at their funerals for all the nice things people say, I feel like I almost got to experience that.

“It was so wonderful, and the amount of people who reached out and said I touched their lives and made a difference was huge, whether it was just fans saying ‘Hey I loved what you did,’ or so many people in the industry, it was very touching.

Actually, one of the very first people to text me when they posted the news – the first time I looked at my screen after it went public, the screen was full of messages.

One of them was from Triple H. It was just ‘Are you okay?’, which I think was a classy move.” [H/T WrestleTalk.com]

Following his exit from TNA Wrestling, it was reported that Scott D’Amore had visited the Performance Center. However, he didn’t sign with the sports entertainment juggernaut. Instead, he now works for Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling.
