Former TNA Champions On Their Way Out After Title Loss

Impact’s debut episode on the AMC network saw some shocking title changes.

The IInspiration (Cassie Lee and Jessie McKay) tag team lost the TNA Knockouts Tag Team Championships to The Elegance Brand (Heather By Elegance and M By Elegance). Mr. Elegance interfered during the bout at one point, giving the Elegance brand the advantage to secure the victory and become the new champions.

After their loss, it was reported by Fightful Select that IInspiration would be leaving the brand. Their contracts expired in October 2025 despite them being Tag Champions.

IInspiration, who were known as the IIconics during their WWE NXT run in 2021, never signed a contract with the brand after that, only staying on by signing short-term deals.

There seems to be interest in the tag team outside of TNA.

TNA AMC Debut Episode Sees Another Title Change Hands

The main event for the night was for the TNA World Championship between Champion Frankie Kazarian and challenger Mike Santana. WWE Legend Bully Ray (Bubba Ray Dudley) announced the match and proceeded to be in commentary for it, as was announced earlier.

Mike Santana managed to secure the victory and became the new TNA Knockouts champion after a short 13-minute match, executing a second Spin-The-Block finisher on Kazarian.
