Blockbuster Charlotte Flair Feud May Have Been Teased By WWE Star
A popular WWE star hinted at a major feud with Charlotte Flair. The star in discussion is Blake Monroe (fka Mariah May).
Blake Monroe joined the WWE last year following a great short run with AEW as ‘Mariah May’ from 2023 to 2025. During her time on NXT last year, Monroe also held the Women’s North American Championship. Meanwhile, The Glamour has been teasing her main roster arrival with vignettes that have been airing on SmackDown.
In one of the vignettes teasing her arrival on SmackDown a few weeks back, Blake Monroe targeted the current WWE Women’s Champion, Rhea Ripley, with the following statement:
Dear diary, there are so many fascinating women in that SmackDown locker room. Take for example Rhea Ripley. Such presence, such brutality, such delicious misery wrapped in all that black leather. You are as captivating as can be, but while you spend all your time trying to strike fear into the hearts of others, I know you’re only hiding from your own. All that heartbreak and betrayal.”
Charlotte Flair is now on the radar of the WWE star ahead of her main roster arrival
The WWE star, Blake Monroe has now taken aim at Charlotte Flair while teasing her arrival on SmackDown. Charlotte has been in a tag team alongside Alexa Bliss for quite a while now, and the duo has been former women’s tag team champions as well. Flair recently returned to singles action by participating in the Queen of the Ring tournament, in which she has now advanced to the semi-finals.
During a vignette aired on this week’s SmackDown, Blake Monroe teased her SmackDown yet again while teasing a potential feud with Charlotte Flair by stating the following as well:
Dear diary, let’s talk about Charlotte Flair. Charlotte, I remember watching you as a part of the historic women’s evolution. You are truly one of the greats. And with Alexa Bliss by your side, well, you’re a match made in co-dependent heaven. I mean, what a farce, you’ve deluded yourself into thinking you are stronger together, and you’ve only turned soft, weak.
Friends aren’t something I have ever burdened myself with, true stars shine brighter alone. And my beauty is blinding. Hold on tight to each other, girls, because the Glamour is coming to SmackDown. Yours truly, Blake Monroe.
