WWE Issues Official Statement On The Rock’s Daughter Ava’s Exit
WWE has commented on the departure of The Rock’s daughter, Ava.
After spending nearly six years in the Stamford-based company, during which she briefly wrestled before becoming an on-screen authority figure, Ava announced her departure earlier today.
The 24-year-old disclosed in an Instagram post that she had decided not to renew her contract, thanking the fans for their support during her run.
This past Tuesday was my last appearance on NXT & subsequently WWE. Thank you to all who have cheered, watched, and supported me through my journey. While my decision to not renew my contract was very difficult, it’s also new turning point in my life. It has been an honor & privilege to be Ava.
What Did WWE Say About Ava’s Departure?
Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful.com took to X/Twitter to announce that WWE has sent his website an official statement on Ava’s surprising departure.
The company wished The Rock’s daughter the best in her future endeavors and thanked her for her work. The statement added that the former NXT General Manager’s impact, passion, and dedication were felt across the NXT and WWE community.
