Tony Khan Makes Huge Announcement On Mercedes Mone’s AEW Future

Mercedes Mone’s immediate future in AEW has been officially confirmed.

The CEO made her All Elite Wrestling return on the June 3, 2026 edition of Dynamite as the wild card in the Women’s Owen Hart Cup. She has defeated Alex Windsor and Hazuki in the quarterfinal and semifinal, respectively.

Mercedes Mone will now face Maya World in the final of the Owen Hart Cup at the upcoming Forbidden Door pay-per-view. For those unaware, World defeated Athena on the June 20, 2026, episode of Collision to advance to the high-profile clash.

Howvever, she got brutally attacked by Mone and Athena following her win over The Fallen Goddess. Tony Khan recently announced that Mercedes Mone and Athena will team up to face Maya World and Hyan on this week’s Collision.
