WWE Star Reveals Why Debut Was Delayed
One WWE star has revealed the real reason that their debut in the company ended up being delayed.
WWE wasted no time in debuting Danhausen at Elimination Chamber immediately after his deal in AEW ended. Royce Keys just had to wait 17 days between his final day in AEW and his first one in WWE, where he debuted on-screen at the Royal Rumble before disappearing from TV.
But for one WWE star, the wait to get started in the sports entertainment giant.
Zaria Made To Wait For WWE Debut
Speaking to Gerard Whateley, Zaria was asked about the transition from living in Australia to her new life in the US, and she revealed that her arrival in WWE ended up being delayed due to visa issues:
I didn’t move to Orlando until August of 2024, and I had my tryout, I believe it was the beginning of February of 2024. So I thought I would have to have moved in June or July, but there were like some visa issues. So it gave me a little bit longer to be in Australia.
So, I had about, what is that? Like four or five months where I was able to just sort of wrap things up in Australia and just wrap my head around the fact that I’d be living in America in the WWE. [h/t Fightful]
