WWE Makes Huge Stone Cold Steve Austin Announcement On RAW

WWE RAW was off to a fast start tonight as the fans were treated to the return of AJ Lee on television. She made her first appearance since Survivor Series and made a major announcement on the show.

She confirmed that she will be wrestling her first singles match in over a decade at Elimination Chamber, where she will face Becky Lynch for the Women’s Intercontinental Championship.

The promotion’s fans had some more good news in store for them as Michael Cole made a huge announcement regarding Stone Cold Steve Austin on the show.

Stone Cold to return to WWE soon enough

Cole confirmed that Steve Austin would be making a return to a WWE event, stating that he will be present at WWE World in Las Vegas, during the WrestleMania 42 weekend.

Stone Cold is a huge favorite of the fans, and they were fortunate enough to see the Rattlesnake make a return to the ring at WrestleMania 38, where he faced Kevin Owens. Ever since that match, fans have been clamouring for Stone Cold to wrestle another match in the promotion.
