A former top AEW star is officially joining WWE SmackDown.

WWE has called up several NXT stars to the main roster following WrestleMania 42. Last Monday, Ethan Page and Sol Ruca debuted on RAW. Meanwhile, Joe Hendry was also announced for next week’s episode of the red brand.

On tonight’s SmackDown, Jacy Jayne, Fallon Henley, and Lainey Reid (Fatal Influence) shockingly invaded the show, taking out Charlotte Flair, Alexa Bliss, Brie Bella, and Paige. They later ganged up on the new WWE Women’s Champion, Rhea Ripley, as The Eradicator squared off with Jayne.

Blake Monroe Is Coming To WWE SmackDown

In addition to Fatal Influence, Blake Monroe is set to join the blue brand. On tonight’s SmackDown, WWE aired a teaser to introduce the former NXT Women’s North American Champion, confirming that she is “coming soon.”

The 27-year-old joined the Stamford-based company last June after a two-year run in AEW, where she held the Women’s World Championship for 174 days. She has since been active in NXT.

Monroe’s call-up to the main roster comes amid WWE’s recent wave of releases involving several female superstars, including Zelina Vega, Alba Fyre, and Kairi Sane.
