The notice prevents all businesses within a 50-mile radius from airing WrestleMania 42 for public vieweing even if they pay a licensing fee.

Apparently, the decision was taken to improve ticket sales for the Grandest Stage of Them All after the numbers revealed the disappointing truth about fans not paying exorbitant rates.

A fresh report from Fightful Select revealed that the Stamford promotion had enforced a similar ban in Chicago ahead of the Elimination Chamber PLE on Saturday.

According to WrestleTix, out of the 17,016 seats listed at the United Center, 14,895 tickets had been sold by Friday.
