The main event of AEW Dynamite tonight featured an incredibly personal Trios Match after things became heated between the individuals over the past few weeks.

Tommaso Ciampa recently signed with the All Elite promotion and defeated Mark Briscoe for the TNT Championship in his first match back. Briscoe was then present during Ciampa’s recent match on Collision as he sat on commentary.

He unintentionally caused Ciampa to lose the match before FTR came in Ciampa’s face. Mark stepped in between FTR and Ciampa to diffuse the tension and walked away with the former NXT Champion.

Ciampa then turned on Briscoe and launched a brutal attack on him, which led to a Trios match in the main event tonight. Briscoe teamed up with The Young Bucks to take on FTR and Tommaso Ciampa.

With the rivalry between these six individuals getting extremely personal and heated, they didn’t wait for the bell to ring, and there was chaos all over the arena as the faces attacked the heels during their entrance.

Dem Bucks suffer a brutal AEW loss tonight on Dynamite

The match turned extremely brutal and saw steel chairs and wooden tables being used throughout the bout as the momentum kept exchanging between the two teams.

Tommaso Ciampa was inadvertently taken out via a superkick from Cash Wheeler, and Dem Bucks took advantage of the situation as all three of them ganged up on Ciampa. He was about to be pinned before Dax saved the day at the last second.

It was Matt Jackson’s turn to save the match, then, after Nick was sent through the table on the outside. FTR hit a Shatter Machine on Briscoe before Ciampa pinned him, but Matt pushed FTR into Tommaso to break up the win.

FTR would then take out Matt Jackson as well with a Spike Piledriver on the announce table before Ciampa hit him with a running knee to earn the win on AEW Dynamite. However, he wasn’t done with Briscoe just then.

He continued the assault on the former TNT Champion and hit him with a Steel Chair to the back. He then proceeded to set them up in the ring and performed an Air Raid Siren onto the open chairs from the top rope as he lived up to his Psycho Killer moniker.
