Lamine Yamal’s Reaction To Being Gifted WWE Belt (Video)

Lamine Yamal is a rising star in soccer and a huge WWE fan as well.

If you follow soccer/football, you likely know Lamine Yamal, a rising star who plays for FC Barcelona and Spain’s national team.

Wrestling fans may remember Yamal from the March 14, 2025, edition of WWE SmackDown in Barcelona. The excited Yamal held the WWE Title in his hands and received a huge ovation when he was shown on camera.

The 18-year-old Yamal is a lifelong WWE fan who hasn’t shied away from his fandom as his life in the spotlight grows.

Since Yamal is preparing for Spain’s next FIFA World Cup match, a video has been shared showing a fan giving Yamal a replica WWE Title that appears to be the Universal Title. Yamal can be seen in the video greeting the video, posing for a photo with the WWE Title, and then boarding the bus with the WWE Title as well.

Triple H Loves Running WWE With Nick Khan

While Endeavor’s TKO Group owns WWE, the day-to-day operations are run by the company’s President, Nick Khan, and the Chief Content Officer, Paul “Triple H” Levesque, who also oversees the company’s creative direction.

As you can see above, Triple H also posed with Lamine Yamal at WWE SmackDown in 2025, since Yamal likely watched Triple H wrestle when Yamal became a WWE fan.

During a recent interview, Triple H talked about his love of pro wrestling and the people around him.

“It’s hard to put down because I love it. I love being around those kids. I love collaborating with them and helping them and sort of riffing ideas with them. It keeps you young, and it’s the greatest part of my job. It’s like bring in the fountain of youth at all times, and just they keep you young and thinking young, and I get as much out of being around them as they around being around us old timers, you know. So, it’s a blast. I’m having a blast doing it and I want to keep doing it, and hopefully, you know Nick Khan here with WWE. He is the absolute best president here that we have.”

The praise for Nick Khan continued as The Game spoke about Khan’s knowledge of not just pro wrestling, but for everything else around it.

“I’ve never been around a better businessman.

What is incredible out of him is not only his mind for the business, for, you know, rights fees and ratings and analyzing all those things, but he grew up a fan of this. He grew up a fan of boxing and combat sports, but especially of pro wrestling. He’s as deep a knowledge as anybody I’ve met out there. And he’s just straightforward. What you see is what you get. And man, I love working with him every day.

So, to me, he and I together, it’s like this perfect partnership of being able to do the business side, but this energy that we both feel and have and love for this business like nothing else.”

Triple H wasn’t the only one that Lamine Yamal got a pic with because he got to meet the WWE Champion Cody Rhodes too.
