Tatum Paxley Settles NXT Rivalry In A Brutal Steel Cage Match Tonight

The main event of WWE NXT tonight saw Izzi Dame challenge longtime friend turned rival, Tatum Paxley, for the Women’s North American Championship in a Steel Cage match.

The two wrestlers have been at each other’s throats for the last few weeks now as they’ve cost each other some matches. Their rivalry started as Dame cost Paxley the NXT Women’s Championship.

Tatum then took her revenge from her former stablemate after she defeated Dame for the Women’s North American Championship at NXT Vengeance Day this month.

After things were far from settled between Dame and Paxley last week on NXT, Robert Stone announced that these two will face each other in a steel cage match tonight.

A brutal match tonight saw Dame delivered a Superplex from the top of the cage, before launching a series of shots via the steel chair. Tatum dropped Izzi on the steel chair after reversing a powerbomb attempt.

She then put an end to the match and quite possibly the rivalry as she hit a Cemetary Drive on her former friend-turned-rival, Izzi Dame, to leave as the reigning Women’s North American Championship.
