WWE Star Breaks Silence After Suffering Devastating Neck Injury

A WWE star recently suffered a devastating neck injury.

Octagon Jr. is one of the most exciting stars in AAA. He has been with the promotion for several years and is a former Latin American and World Trios Champion. Octagon Jr. has a massive following in Mexico due to his in-ring skills and style of wrestling.

However, the masked star suffered a major setback recently. He competed at AAA Noche de Los Grandes against Joaquin Wilde, Lince Dorado, Cruz Del Toro, and Mini Vikingo. During the bout, Octagon Jr. landed awkardly after a top rope DDT from Joaquin Wilde. He was unable to complete the match due to the injury. Lince Dorado ended up winning the match.

Octagon Jr. recently took to Instagram to post from photos from his hospital bed wearing a neck brace. He thanked WWE, AAA, and his fans who have shown their support for him in this difficult time. He also thanked Dr. Orozco for taking good care of him. The luchador also promised to comeback stronger than before.

WWE Hall of Famer The Undertaker wished Octagon Jr. a speedy recovery

The Undertaker is the head booker booker of AAA. Hence, the WWE Hall of Famer even took to social media to send a message to Octagon Jr. after his devastating neck injury.

“I would like to take this time to wish a speedy recovery to Octagón Jr. and thank him for his hard work and dedication to @luchalibreaaa. We know you’ll be back better than ever and we look forward to having you return to the locker room.”
