A popular name has teased an alliance with Roman Reigns in WWE.

The OTC is back at the top of the mountain in the sports entertainment juggernaut, having defeated CM Punk for the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 42. He saw off the challenge of Jacob Fatu at Backlash and Clash in Italy, and is now reigning supreme with The Bloodline by his side.

Interestingly, the current iteration of The Bloodline (Roman Reigns, The Usos, Jacob Fatu) doesn’t have a Paul Heyman-like figure in a managerial role.

Stephen A. Smith recently had WWE star Danhausen as a guest on his show. During their conversation, Smith revealed that the idea of becoming a heel manager in WWE has crossed his mind, even adding that he would like to manage Roman Reigns.

Stephen A. Smith: “I’ve thought about doing the heel manager thing. Should I do it?”

Danhausen: “Who would you manage?”

Stephen A. Smith: “I don’t know. Roman Reigns. Maybe.”

Upon being asked by Danhausen if he acknowledges The OTC, Stephen A. Smith replied in the affirmative.

“I acknowledge him. He’s big time. I wouldn’t have somebody that’s small time.”

WWE Legend comments on Roman Reigns

Speaking during a recent edition of the Hall of Fame podcast, Booker T heaped praise on Roman Reigns. He called The OTC one of the best wrestlers in the past couple of decades, especially in terms of storytelling.

The WWE legend also highlighted how Reigns elevates his opponents in the sports entertainment juggernaut.

“Roman Reigns is one of the best wrestlers that we’ve seen in the past couple of decades. I mean he really is as far as storytelling goes. And I say that because the bar has always been not how good you look, but how good you can make somebody else look. And when I watch Roman, no matter who’s he’s in the ring with, that person looks better than they’ve ever looked with anybody else.”

It will be interesting to see what the future holds for Roman Reigns in WWE.
