Roman Reigns dropped one last message to his cousin, Jacob Fatu, ahead of their square-off tonight at WWE Clash in Italy.

The OTC captured the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania after defeating CM Punk. The Samoan Werewolf later made an unexpected appearance on RAW to challenge him for the title.

Reigns and Fatu went head-to-head for the championship at Backlash. Despite The OTC retaining the title, the former United States Champion was the one who stood tall at the end of the night.

Fatu launched a post-match ambush on Reigns, taking out WWE officials in the process. While RAW General Manager Adam Pearce wanted to fire him for his actions, Reigns decided to give his cousin one last chance to acknowledge him. However, The Samoan Werewolf refused and challenged him to Tribal Combat at Clash in Italy.

Ahead of their highly anticipated fight, Reigns took to X to send one final message to his cousin.

The 42-year-old speculated that Brock Lesnar will emerge victorious over Oba Femi in their WrestleMania rematch, while Rhea Ripley will retain her WWE Women’s Championship against Jade Cargill.

Roberts also believes that Cody Rhodes and Becky Lynch will lose their Undisputed WWE Title and Women’s Intercontinental Championship tonight in Turin. Speaking of the Tribal Combat between Roman Reigns and Jacob Fatu, the analyst noted that he thinks The OTC will beat his cousin.

We got Roman vs. Jacob in Tribal Combat. I’ve gotta believe Roman Reigns is gonna win. I have to believe.
