Ric Flair has a bold prediction regarding his daughter Charlotte Flair’s injury rehab and when she can return to the ring.

When it comes to Charlotte Flair, there is no bigger fan of the most decorated women’s wrestler in WWE history than her father. Ric Flair is a two-time WWE Hall of Famer who has often praised his daughter and called her the best performer in WWE, among other things.

Sadly, Charlotte Flair suffered a devastating knee injury in December 2023, which led to surgery in early January 2024. As a result of the accident in a match with Asuka, Charlotte suffered a torn ACL, MCL, and meniscus, which is about as bad as it gets when it comes to a knee injury.

The expected recovery time for the injury that Charlotte suffered is anywhere from nine months to a year, but sometimes athletes can beat expectations.

Ric Flair spoke about his daughter’s recovery on Busted Open Radio while saying that Charlotte’s doctor has praised her heavily.

“I was speaking with Dr. Dugan. He’s been there 30 years. He said Ashley is one of the top three athletes that they have ever done surgery on. Think about that. We’re talking Bo Jackson. We’re talking, I mean, I can go down the list of people. The Tommy John’s. He said we consider her one of the top three athletes, not wrestlers, to ever come through the doors.”

As he continued, The Nature Boy predicted that Charlotte would be back in the ring a lot sooner than some people think.

“Her recovery, she’s crushing it. She’s actually going to come back faster than they will ever recommend. That’s unbelievable. I thought that might be one of the biggest compliments anybody could ever get. I mean, it’s unfortunate that it had to come from a doctor in a hospital, but I keep telling people, man, she’s a different kind of cat.”

Charlotte Flair Updating Fans On Her Progress

Fans of Charlotte Flair can see her progress on Instagram since she is constantly posting videos and photos of her rehab to keep fans updated on how she is doing.

In other Charlotte Flair news, her husband Andrade El Idolo is gone from AEW and is expected to return to WWE at any time. The company could be waiting until the Royal Rumble event next weekend or perhaps there is some other plan for his return. Charlotte and Andrade met while they worked together in WWE.
