Ric Flair is convinced that Sasha Banks will have a stellar outing when she returns to the wrestling world at the start of 2023 with NJPW.

Sasha Banks and Naomi dramatically walked out on WWE earlier this year, and whilst there had been plenty of speculation that ‘The Boss’ was set for an imminent return to the company, it now seems like she has other ideas.

With NJPW’s Wrestle Kingdom set to take place on 4th January, it has been heavily reported that Banks will be a part of the show, although in what capacity has not been confirmed.

Whilst also comparing her to his daughter, Ric Flair has heaped praise on Sasha Banks’ achievements over the last few years during a recent edition of his To Be The Man podcast, and thinks she’s set to steal the show at the event.

I think Sasha will steal the show in New Japan. The two that have stood out the most in the last ten years or eight years, or whatever it is, have been Sasha and ‘The Queen’ [Charlotte Flair] far and away. I was just talking to her, and she’s just having a good time. She doesn’t seem stressed out by it. I’m happy for her. I mean, I told her, Ashley [Charlotte] is me, only better, and she’s Ricky Steamboat.

With this appearance making a return to WWE even less likely, there has also been an update on the possibility of Sasha Banks making an appearance in AEW.
