Nikki Bella has an idea for what she can do in the future, when her time as a WWE wrestler is done.

The tag team of Brie Bella & Paige became the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions at WrestleMania 42 when Paige filled in for an injured Nikki Bella. Paige was a surprise WWE return after being away from the company for the last eight years.

Going into the match, there were mixed reports about whether Nikki would be able to compete, because while it was known she had an ankle injury, it wasn’t known how serious it was.

On social media, Nikki Bella recently stated that she expects to be out for 6–8 weeks, although it’s not known if that means another 6-8 weeks on top of the time she already missed.

Regarding her in-ring future, the WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella remarked that WrestleMania 43 in 2027, which is set to be in Saudi Arabia, may be her last WrestleMania.

“I don’t think a WrestleMania moment for me is going to come around [in the USA]. I get that I’ll probably have my last WrestleMania next year in Saudi Arabia, maybe, but other than that, that will be it for me. So this would have been my last WrestleMania moment to share with family members and share with people here and, you know, really feel something.

And I’ve worked really hard the past year and a half, and I haven’t complained. I’ve done what I’ve been told. You know, I’ve helped put people over, even though I don’t care about that.

But I’ve really–as far as my character and the impact that I can have, I’ve been very okay taking a step back and helping out and not b*tching about it. So this was my moment that I worked really hard for this past year and a half. And for that to all go away is extremely hard.”

As for her in-ring return, Nikki Bella hopes to be back by Night of Champions in June, which is also in Saudi Arabia.

“Hopefully I will get to see you all in June. They just announced Night of Champions is going to be happening in June, so fingers crossed that still goes. But obviously, I’d love to see you all there.”

Nikki Bella Could Work For WWE In Non-Wrestling Role

After retiring from the ring as a wrestler, Nikki Bella said on The Nikki & Brie Show that she likes the idea of being the General Manager of the Raw brand, which is currently Adam Pearce’s role.

“What I love about this one—I can do this, not being in the ring. There was a lot of talk about it on X—like, should they change the general managers? I would love to be a general manager at one point.”

“After in-ring stuff, I’d love at some point to be a general manager for Raw. When I saw all that talk and someone put me as the GM for Raw, I was like, I like that—I actually like that.” (H/T Ringsidenews)
