Major Health Update On Jeff Hardy Amid Neck Surgery Fears
Jeff Hardy has been self-admittedly battling neck issues.
One-half of the TNA World Tag Team Champions recently revealed that he had been competing in matches while dealing with two bulging discs on the left side of his neck.
During a recent episode of The Extreme Life of Matt Hardy podcast, Matt Hardy shared an update about his younger brother’s health due to concerns among fans.
The 51-year-old revealed that while Jeff feels better, the healing process is a lot slower.
He also said that they are in touch with medical professionals to find ways to ease his pain without needing him to opt for surgery.
We’re going to talk with some of the doctors, and there’s a special person coming in about whether they can manipulate it… maybe what the best thing is they can do to try and ease the pain.
Matt even claimed that Jeff Hardy‘s discs have not protruded, but may have gotten better.
They’re not protruding too badly and they have gotten better, and he’s been doing the things that he can do. He would rather do it as naturally and as organically as possible.
Matt & Jeff Hardy Taken Out By Opponents On TNA
During TNA’s debut on AMC on January 15, The Hardys teamed up with Elijah to take on Order 4’s Mustafa Ali, Jason Hotch, and John Skyler.
The babyfaces won the match after Jeff Hardy hit the Swanton Bomb on Skyler.
After the match, Agent Zero, another member of Order 4, launched an attack on all three opponents. At this time, The Hardys’ opponents at Genesis, The Righteous (Vincent & Dutch), came for the save.
The duo helped the siblings up, only to launch their own attack.
Vincent then separated Jeff from Matt and put a padlock through his earlobe, locking it through a chain tied to the ring rope.
Vincent then hit a Swanton Bomb on Matt, forcing Jeff Hardy to helplessly watch the attack.
