Logan Paul’s Current WWE Status Revealed

Logan Paul vs. The Miz, SummerSlam 2022

A new update has shed some light on when we are likely to see Logan Paul back inside a WWE ring, following his impressive display at SummerSlam.

Logan Paul surprised many with just what he was capable of inside the squared circle on his debut at WrestleMania 38. Teaming with The Miz, the YouTube star was on the winning side against Rey and Dominik Mysterio in a match which defied his lack of experience.

The Miz went on to hit the Skull Crushing Finale on Paul after the match. Logan Paul then confirmed in the build-up to SummerSlam that he had signed a contract with WWE, and was after revenge for what happened at WrestleMania.

Once again Paul put in an exceptional display at ‘The Hottest Show Of The Summer’, not only picking up the win but executing some excellent high-flying manoeuvres, including a frog splash from the top rope to the outside through the announce desk.

With Logan Paul signed to a WWE contract, speculation quickly began as to when his next appearance would be. However, a new report claims that it is not likely to be until the start of next year at the earliest.

A new report from Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter notes that the undefeated star “won’t be doing WWE again soon” as he currently has a boxing match pencilled in for December which he is preparing for.

Whilst no opponent for Paul is noted in the report, the timeframe would certainly suggest that a return in 2023 is most likely for the YouTube star.

When he does return to the wrestling ring there will be no lack of confidence from Logan Paul, who has commented in the past that he was born to wrestle.
