Condolences To WWE Star Alexa Bliss
Alexa Bliss is grieving after suffering a personal loss.
The former WWE Women’s Champion took to Instagram Story to reveal that her grandmother had passed away. In her tribute, Bliss shared a few pictures of her grandmother, including a couple with both of them.
Although she did not write a lengthy message, what she wrote was enough to describe her close relationship with one of the most important people in her life.
Rest Easy, Grammy 🤍. We love you.
Charlotte Flair Considers Alexa Bliss The ‘Fifth Horsewoman’
Despite being a 5-time WWE Women’s Champion, Alexa Bliss often goes under the radar when it comes to the greats of women’s wrestling.
However, Charlotte Flair refuses to overlook her tag team champion, putting her in the same spotlight as the Four Horsewomen.
Although not originally a stable, The Four Horsewomen comprises Charlotte, Becky Lynch, Bayley, and Sasha Banks (Mercedes MonĂ©), a female take on the wrestling world’s Four Horsemen, which included Charlotte’s father, Ric Flair.
During the 2015 NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn, after an outstanding match between Bayley and Banks, Charlotte and Lynch joined them and posed while each held up four fingers.
Regardless of their individual elite positions in wrestling, there exists a sense of disconnect between the Four Horsewomen, which is not a secret.
While writing in a Players’ Tribune article, Flair confessed that they were not close friends.
We’ve definitely had our ups and downs over the years. I won’t pretend we’re best friends…… or that we’re all even friends at the moment. I won’t pretend there’s a 4HW group chat I’ll send this article to when it publishes. And thinking about it that way, it does make me sad sometimes.
However, she believes that each of the women deserves the spot for their contributions in uplifting the women’s division in WWE.
The respect between the four of us is absolute — and the bonds we share are f***ing indestructible. There’s not another person alive who knows what we’ve been through as a group, or what it’s taken for us to all still be active, and to all still be at the top of our games, as women working in a business that’s still learning how to treat women.
During an interview with USA Today, The Queen did not leave out Alexa Bliss, calling her ‘The Fifth Horsewoman.’
Flair and Bliss began teaming up in WWE last year in June. They defeated The Judgment Day’s Roxanne Perez and Raquel Rodriguez at SummerSlam to become the Women’s Tag Team Champions, a title they held for 100 days.
P.S.: Everyone at TJR Wrestling offers Alexa Bliss and her family their condolences during this difficult time.
