Liv Morgan Shares Candid Take On Her Betrayal Of WWE Partner
Liv Morgan betrayed her WWE partner at the Royal Rumble.
Morgan won the 2026 Women’s Royal Rumble in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, but in order to secure the victory, she had to betray her Judgment Day teammate Raquel Rodriguez.
While Raquel was busy eliminating Rhea Ripley, Liv took advantage of the moment and tossed her WWE partner over the top rope. She ultimately won the Women’s Royal Rumble match by eliminating Tiffany Stratton.
Following her Royal Rumble victory, Morgan appeared on the Royal Rumble post-show, where she addressed betraying Raquel Rodriguez during the match.
She stated that Raquel is not someone who gets selfish and would be happy for Morgan receiving such a big opportunity. She added that Raquel already has a title shot against Stephanie Vaquer, making it a win-win situation for everyone in Judgment Day.
Liv Morgan Doesn’t Think She Betrayed Raquel Rodríguez At Royal Rumble.
Liv Morgan later appeared on the Royal Rumble recap episode of WWE Now, where Sam Roberts and Megan Morant asked her to comment again on betraying Raquel Rodriguez. Liv reiterated what she had said on the Royal Rumble post-show.
When Sam stated that Raquel looked furious after getting eliminated, Liv responded, saying that it was because she was already tired from being in the match for such a long time.
Sam: She [Raquel Rodriguez] looks furious.
She was just in the match for like 40 minutes. How long was she in the match? She’s tired. She worked hard.

Morgan claims that there are no hard feelings after what transpired at the Royal Rumble. But we haven’t heard from Raquel yet. The WWE Universe may get to see some sort of reaction from Raquel on the upcoming episode of Monday Night Raw.
