Jordynne Grace Wishes For The Return Of Controversial Ex-WWE Star

Jordynne Grace misses having a former WWE star by her side.

Gail Kim was employed by the Stamford promotion across two stints, with the second ending in controversy.

She was a regular in the company during her first run from 2002 to 2004, where she won the WWE Women’s Championship in her first match, before she was released.

Kim returned to the company in 2008 and had regular feuds with Maryse, Team LayCool, Alicia Fox, and Melina.

By 2011, her storyline felt directionless, and in August, she defied the higher-ups, which resulted in her getting on their wrong side.

On the August 1 RAW episode, she was instructed to get eliminated from the battle royal match within the first minute. Instead, she chose to eliminate herself.

In September, her profile was erased from the company’s website, signaling her departure.

In a recent appearance on the Unlikely podcast with Adrian Hernandez, Jordynne Grace responded to a question where she was asked if she had pitched Gail Kim’s return to WWE or pitched WWE to Kim.

So, zero to WWE because I feel like that’s improper. To her, probably, like, I text her about it once a week, at minimum. She had been around the P.C. for a couple of months and I didn’t know if she was gonna start doing stuff with us then, but, she’s in a place where she just — her husband is Robert Irvine so, they’re chill… But, I just want her to come selfishly for me. I just wanna be around her. Her mind, I’m very comfortable with her. She’s an incredible producer, and just a wrestling mind in general so, fingers crossed that eventually, she gets over here. Jordynne Grace Faces Blake Monroe At NXT Heatwave

Jordynne Grace trusted Blake Monroe to back her up at WWE Evolution, but instead faced betrayal.

Ever since, she has been on the hunt for Monroe, who has either dodged her or sneakily attacked her.

On the August 19 episode of NXT, Monroe drew up a contract that prevented Grace from attacking her, as it would result in their match at Heatwave getting cancelled.

Jordynne Grace complied but attacked the security personnel who accompanied Monroe to the ring.

In Grace’s defense, she has been through an emotional rollercoaster ride since coming in contact with Blake Monroe.
