Jon Moxley Announced For First European Show Since WWE Departure

Jon Moxley

Jon Moxley is headed back to Europe for his first show on that continent since he was a part of WWE as Dean Ambrose.

The former AEW World Champion Jon Moxley is heading back to Europe for a show with OTT Wrestling (Over The Top Wrestling). The company announced that Moxley will be part of the event taking place on March 18th at National Stadium in Dublin, Ireland.

Other names that have been announced for OTT’s Scrapper Mania 7 include Session Moth Martina, Trent Seven and current OTT Champion Omari. Tickets for the event are currently on sale and are available to purchase at www.eventbrite.ie.

In 2020, Moxley was scheduled to appear for OTT at ScrapperMania 6 in 2020, but the event was canceled due to the COVID-19 outbreak that shut down a lot of things in 2020 after March of that year.

According to the fabulous website cagematch.net, Jon Moxley’s last appearance in Europe happened when he was on a WWE tour in 2018. That was when he was wrestling against Seth Rollins, who was the Intercontinental Champion at the time. That match took place at a live event in Rome, Italy with the match ending via disqualification.

Jon Moxley suffered a rare clean loss this past Wednesday on AEW Dynamite when “Hangman” Adam Page beat him with the Buckshot Lariat for the clean win. After the match, Moxley was selling the idea that he may have suffered a head injury/concussion in the match similar to the legit concussion that Hangman suffered when they last had a match in October 2022.

Moxley is the only 3-time AEW World Champion in the company’s four-year history with his longest reign lasting 277 days in 2020.
