Jey Uso recently lost the chance to secure his spot on the WrestleMania 42 matchcard.

WWE pivoted to picking The YEET Master as the winner of the Elimination Chamber men’s match qualifying round after Bronson Reed injured himself during the match.

Unfortunately, he couldn’t even make it to the match because someone attacked him backstage on the go-home episode of WWE SmackDown.

Jey Uso made a major mistake during an interview

On The Coach and Bro, Jonathan Coachman brought up the current issue of where superstars are writing their own lines. He followed through by remembering that Jey Uso went on a live interview where he spoke about double YEETING inside the chamber.

Vince, they were allowing guys like Jey Uso. He went on First Take or one of those. And after he got done, I was like, you can never let him do a live interview again. Cause he said, not only am I going to YEET inside the chamber, I’m going to run it back inside the chamber. That makes all the sense in the world. You’re fighting for a spot at WrestleMania, and you’re talking about double yeeting inside of the chamber. And then they beat him up. He doesn’t even get there.

This isn’t the first time Jey Uso has been called out recently. He was called out for breaking character during the qualifying match and looking upset after winning the Triple Threat.
