4 Top Suspects In Jey Uso’s Mystery WWE SmackDown Attack
On the latest episode of WWE SmackDown, Jey Uso was brutally attacked backstage.
No one knows who attacked him. However, he was found under a file of ladders, wooden beams, and metal. WWE had to stretcher him out of the building.
By the time everyone arrived, the mystery attacker had fled the scene. As an aftermath of the attack, Jey Uso was removed from the Elimination Chamber men’s match.
Here are 4 suspects who may have attacked Jey Uso on WWE SmackDown:
1. Drew McIntrye
Jey Uso was a part of the Elimination Chamber men’s match. Whoever won the match would challenge Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania 42.
It goes without saying that The YEET Master was one of the stronger competitors in the match. He had all the reasons to attack Jey Uso and take him out of the competition so that there would be one less competitor for Drew McIntyre to worry about.
Furthermore, if Uso did win Elimination Chamber and challenged McIntyre, the top babyfaces in WWE would come together to ensure he dethroned The Scottish Warrior.
2. Jacob Fatu
Jacob Fatu wanted to be in the Elimination Chamber match. He is the reason why Drew McIntyre is the current Undisputed WWE Champion. It’s only fair that The Samoan Werewolf is in the running to be the #1 Contender for the Undisputed WWE Championship.
Since all spots were taken, the only way remaining was to take one out. It is possible that Jacob Fatu attacked Jey Uso in an attempt to takeover his spot in the Elimination Chamber match. In fact, he was the one to demand that Nick Aldis find a way to put him in the Elimination Chamber match.

3. The Vision
Jey Uso had gone up against Bronson Reed and El Grande Americano in the final qualifying round for Elimination Chamber. Reed would have won had he not suffered a torn bicep during the match.
So, the remaining Vision members, Austin Theory and Logan Paul, took it upon themselves to correct that. Austin Theory could have attacked Jey Uso backstage, clearing the final spot in the Elimination Chamber match. The Maverick battled for it, and secured it on WWE SmackDown to ensure The Vision was in the premium live event.

4. Sami Zayn
Sami Zayn was also a part of the Elimination Chamber qualifying match against Jacob Fatu and Cody Rhodes. In that match, Drew McIntyre tried to stop The American Nightmare from qualifying by hitting him with a Claymore.
On the latest episode of WWE SmackDown, Jacob Fatu and Sami Zayn had a confrontation after Jey Uso’s attack. Both of them blamed each other until Fatu hit Sami Zayn with the fact that McIntyre had attacked Fatu and Rhodes, and not Zayn, which makes Zayn a strong suspect.
Upon hearing this, Sami Zayn backed down and wished Jacob Fatu good luck for the match against Logan Paul. Zayn’s behaviour seems to indicate that he may be Jey Uso’s attacker.
Cody Rhodes tells Jacob Fatu he hopes he sees him in the Chamber.
