Jade Cargill Wreaks Havoc On WWE SmackDown; Takes Out Current Champion
The rivalry between Jade Cargill and the WWE Women’s Champion, Rhea Ripley, is getting more and more heated with every passing week. The two women came face-to-face once again on tonight’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown.
Ripley kicked off the show tonight and laid out a challenge for Cargill. She challenged her WrestleMania 42 opponent to another match with the WWE Women’s Championship on the line at Clash in Italy.
However, before Cargill could respond, Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss came out, and the focus shifted towards Fatal Influence. Rhea and Charlotte agreed to team up and take on Lainey Reid and Fallon Henley tonight.
Jade Cargill has her eyes set on the WWE Women’s Title
The lack of chemistry between Rhea Ripley and Charlotte Flair caused friction between the two women, and Fatal Influence took advantage of the same. Ultimately, the two former rivals got the win after some not-so-friendly back and forth.
However, almost immediately after their win, Jade Cargill, B-Fab, and Michin attacked Ripley, Flair, and Alexa Bliss. They were even helped out by Fatal Influence as they took out Alexa Bliss.
While B-Fab and Michin focused on Charlotte, Ripley was left alone in the ring with Jade Cargill. She tried to fight back despite being completely drained, but Cargill took her out with a Pump Kick before following it up with the Jaded to deliver a statement to the WWE Women’s Champion.
