Jacob Fatu Confronted By His Cousins On WWE SmackDown; Lays Down Challenge

The Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas, served as the home for tonight’s episode of WWE SmackDown, the first following this past weekend’s WrestleMania 42. It was packed to be an exciting show with some huge segments announced for the night.

Trick Williams was scheduled to celebrate his United States Championship win at WrestleMania 42 alongside rapper Lil’ Yachty, and Tiffany Stratton was set to be in action against Giulia for the Women’s United States Championship.

The night was kicked off by the Samoan Werewolf, Jacob Fatu, who was fresh from going head-to-head with the World Heavyweight Champion, Roman Reigns, this past Monday night on RAW.

The Usos confront Jacob Fatu on WWE SmackDown

Fatu came out to the ring and called out Roman Reigns after he asked the former US Champion to think his decision through. He told Reigns to step into the ring with him and see for himself if Fatu is ready to be champion.

However, he was almost immediately interrupted by The Usos, who warned him not to come at the OTC and urged him to join The Bloodline. Jey tried to warn Jacob about stepping up to Roman before they were joined in the ring by Solo Sikoa and the MFT.

Solo tried to bring Jacob into the MFT by telling him that he would need an army to beat the Tribal Chief, before Tama Tonga claimed that they are wasting time on Fatu as he can’t even beat Solo Sikoa, let alone Roman Reigns.

Jacob retaliated by superkicking Tama Tonga for his comments before taking Solo up on Tama’s challenge and claimed that he would face Solo Sikoa later in the night tonight.
