It’s Official! Ex-WWE Star’s AEW Debut Announced For Next Week’s Dynamite
Many former WWE stars currently ply their trade for AEW, making the All Elite promotion a hot commodity amongst wrestlers not signed to the Stamford-based promotion.
They are the two biggest wrestling promotions in the United States of America, and they’ve exchanged multiple stars over the last few years. Wrestlers like Jade Cargill, Ricky Saints, Penta, and Ethan Page all made their name in AEW before moving to WWE.
Meanwhile, former WWE stars like Chris Jericho, Jon Moxley, Bryan Danielson, and Mercedes Mone are all responsible for increasing the popularity and credibility of All Elite Wrestling.
Sareee to make her AEW debut next week
It seems like another former WWE star is set to make their first appearance in AEW as the All Elite promotion announced the in-ring debut of former NXT star, Sareee.
She is set to make her in-ring debut in AEW next week, where she is set to face Skye Blue in the quarter-finals of the Owen Hart Cup. Having signed with ROH last year, fans were waiting to see the former IWGP Women’s Champion make her debut in All Elite Wrestling.
The Japanese wrestler spent three years in the Stamford-based promotion before leaving in 2023 after being left frustrated with her gimmick and the creative direction of her character in NXT.
