A currently sidelined NXT competitor says it’ll be worth the time it’s taken when they step inside the squared circle once more.

Arianna Grace, the daughter of Santino Marella, has been sidelined with a knee injury since October 2022. However, it would seem she is now moving slightly closer to a return having received “good news” about the recovery of her knee recently.

In a post on social media, Grace noted that it would be “worth the wait” when she makes her return to the ring.

Good knee-news this week. I appreciate the love I’ve gotten from you guys since I’ve been out and I promise when I get back, it will have been worth the wait

Once she returns to NXT, her father Santino Marella has already stated that he would like to have a chance to be by her side. Despite currently working as the Director Of Authority for IMPACT Wrestling, Marella has confirmed that he has a deal in place with the company which would allow him to be with his daughter if the opportunity were to arise.

No doubt on her return Grace will be gunning for the NXT Women’s Championship, currently held by Tiffany Stratton. On the most recent episode from the black and gold brand, Thea Hail won a battle royale to become number one contender to the title.
